Personal Training
We offer one on one, pairs, and small group personal training. Many people think only elite athletes, celebrities, and people with hundreds of pounds to lose work with personal trainers, but lots of people work with trainers.

A personal trainer can help with accountability in your fitness journey. We can teach you how to reach your goals while minimizing the chance of injury. A good, certified and experienced trainer can help you choose the right path for your particular situation from the overwhelming amount of information and misinformation floating around about how to be fit and healthy.
We can work with you for a few sessions to help you get started or figure out something specific, or we can work with you long term, providing support, instruction, accountability, and encouragement as you work toward your goals. We can serve as part of your health care team, helping you to adhere to doctor recommendations or continue and maintain your rehabilitation after release from physical therapy. We can help you get or stay strong enough to maintain mobility and independence as you age, and we can help with goals as basic and being able to go up a flight of stairs without feeling terrible, as advanced as running a marathon, and lots of things in between.

Your specific training routine and schedule will depend on your goals, history, preferences, availability, and budget. The best way to get started is with a free consultation, in person or online, which you can schedule here, or email or call to schedule.
